Delete a business or your account

Deleting is permanent. Before you do, check whether something gentler does what you want:

• Stop paying but keep everything: cancel or pause your plan. Your businesses are paused, not deleted, and come back in full if you resubscribe. See Change, pause or cancel your plan.
• Hand it to someone else: transfer the business.
• Keep a copy of the code: ask support@willo.ai for a zip before you delete.

Delete one business

Only the owner can delete a business.

1. Open the business and go to Settings → Danger Zone.
2. Under Delete this business, choose Delete business.
3. If the business's agent is running (not paused), you're asked to choose Pause agent first.
4. Review what will be deleted, choose a reason, type the confirmation phrase, and choose Permanently delete.

This deletes the business's documents, tasks and decisions, its chat history and activity, its code repository, and its live website. It can't be undone. Access for teammates, GitHub collaborators and connected services ends with it.

Your organization, your plan and your other businesses are unaffected. The deleted business frees a business slot on your plan.

Delete your account

There's no delete button for your account. Write to support from the ? menu (Chat with Support), or email support@willo.ai from the address you sign in with. Support confirms it's you and that you mean it, then starts the deletion.

• It takes up to 7 days.
• It permanently deletes your account and the businesses you own, with their websites, code and data.
• Requests for an export of your data take the same route and the same time.

Cancel your plan first if you have one, so you aren't charged again while the request is processed.

If you only want to leave someone else's business

If you were invited to a business you don't own, ask one of its admins or its owner to remove you. Your own account and businesses are unaffected.
