Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the Willo platform, including all related applications, tools, and services (the "Platform").

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Willo Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy.

This Policy is intended to ensure lawful use of the Platform, protect Users and third parties, and maintain the integrity, security, and reliability of the Platform.

2. General Use Requirements

Users must use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Policy.

Users agree that they will not use the Platform in any manner that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive
  • harms or exploits individuals or businesses
  • interferes with or disrupts the operation of the Platform
  • violates the rights of any third party

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform, including any Businesses they create or operate, complies with this Policy and the Terms of Service.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use the Platform for any of the following activities, including but not limited to:

3.1 Illegal Activities

  • engaging in or promoting unlawful conduct
  • operating illegal businesses or services
  • fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes
  • impersonating any person or entity
  • infringing intellectual property or proprietary rights

3.2 Deceptive or Misleading Practices

  • making false or misleading claims
  • misrepresenting a Business, product, or service
  • creating fake identities, businesses, or offerings
  • failing to disclose automated or AI-generated interactions where required by law

3.3 Spam & Unsolicited Communications

  • sending bulk unsolicited communications
  • violating applicable anti-spam or marketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM)
  • harvesting or scraping contact information for outreach
  • using AI Agents to conduct mass messaging in a non-compliant or abusive manner

3.4 Restricted Business Categories

Users may not use the Platform to create, operate, or support Businesses involving:

  • adult content, services, or exploitation
  • illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • weapons or prohibited goods
  • hate, harassment, or abusive conduct
  • or any activity that Willo determines to be harmful, unethical, or inappropriate

3.5 Abuse of AI & Automation

  • generating or distributing harmful, deceptive, or manipulative content at scale
  • using AI Agents to take actions that harm Users or third parties
  • deploying automated systems that operate without appropriate oversight
  • creating feedback loops, runaway processes, or uncontrolled automation

3.6 Platform Abuse

  • reverse engineering, copying, or attempting to replicate the Platform
  • extracting or analyzing system behavior to build competing services
  • excessive or abnormal use of resources or infrastructure
  • attempting to bypass safeguards, limitations, or controls

3.7 Deceptive Monetization

  • businesses that promote unrealistic or misleading income claims
  • "get-rich-quick" or deceptive passive income systems
  • selling products or services with unsubstantiated financial promises

3.8 Regulated and High-Risk

  • engaging in regulated or high-risk activities (including financial, investment, medical, lending, insurance, compliance-heavy services, or legal services) without appropriate authorization, licensing, or compliance with applicable laws

3.9 Low-Quality, Affiliate, or SEO Abuse

  • creating websites, content, or systems primarily intended for search engine manipulation, low-quality content generation, or traffic arbitrage
  • affiliate or monetized content systems that provide little to no original value
  • automated systems designed to game rankings, algorithms, or platform policies

3.10 Reputation & Third-Party Risk

  • any activity likely to result in blacklisting, spam flagging, or restriction by third-party providers (including email, hosting, or payment services)
  • any business model that risks degrading the quality, integrity, or reputation of the Platform

These restrictions apply regardless of the legality of such activities in any particular jurisdiction.

The foregoing restrictions are not exhaustive, and Willo may restrict or prohibit any use of the Platform at its sole discretion, including activities not expressly listed herein or that Willo determines to be inappropriate, harmful, or inconsistent with the intended use of the Platform.

4. User Responsibility for Actions

Users are solely responsible for all activity conducted through their account and any Businesses created using the Platform.

This includes:

  • all Content generated, submitted, or distributed
  • all communications sent or received
  • all actions taken by AI Agents or automated systems
  • and any outcomes resulting from use of the Platform

Use of AI or automation does not reduce or eliminate User responsibility.

Users may not use AI Agents or automation to circumvent this Policy or the Terms of Service.

5. Monitoring & Enforcement

Willo reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor use of the Platform to detect violations of this Policy or the Terms of Service.

Willo may investigate any suspected violation and take any action it deems appropriate to protect the Platform, Users, or third parties.

Users acknowledge that Willo may use automated or manual systems to identify and respond to prohibited activity.

5.1 Discretionary Enforcement

Willo reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether any use of the Platform violates this Policy or the Terms of Service.

This includes the right to restrict or prohibit any activity that:

  • presents legal risk
  • presents reputational risk
  • is inconsistent with the intended use of the Platform
  • or is otherwise deemed objectionable, harmful, or inappropriate

Willo may take action regardless of whether a specific violation is explicitly listed in this Policy.

6. Enforcement Actions

Willo may take any action it deems appropriate in response to violations of this Policy or the Terms of Service, including but not limited to:

  • restricting or disabling specific features or functionality
  • limiting or throttling usage
  • removing or disabling Content, Businesses, or integrations
  • suspending or terminating access to the Platform
  • blocking access to certain services or third-party integrations

These actions may be taken at Willo's sole discretion and without liability to the User.

7. No Obligation to Provide Notice

Willo is not obligated to provide advance notice or detailed explanation for any enforcement action taken under this Policy.

Willo may, in its discretion, provide notice or explanation, but reserves the right to act immediately to prevent harm to the Platform, Users, or third parties.

8. Reporting Violations

If you believe that a User or Business is violating this Policy, you may report it to Willo at:

Willo will review reports at its discretion and is not obligated to take any specific action in response to a report.

9. Updates to This Policy

Willo may modify or update this Policy at any time.

We may provide notice of material changes by:

  • posting an updated version on the Platform
  • updating the "Last Updated" date
  • providing notice through the Platform or via email

Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
