Billing & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Billing & Refund Policy ("Policy") governs payments, subscriptions, and billing between Users and Willo for access to the Platform ("Platform").

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Willo Terms of Service. By purchasing or subscribing to the Platform, you agree to this Policy.

This Policy is intended to provide clear expectations regarding billing practices, payments, and refunds.

This Policy does not apply to payments, transactions, or billing conducted by Users with their own customers or third parties, including transactions processed through third-party payment providers.

In the event of a conflict between this Policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service will control.

2. Subscription & Billing Model

Willo offers access to the Platform through subscription-based pricing, which may include monthly or annual billing options depending on the selected plan.

Users are responsible for selecting the appropriate plan and ensuring that their billing information is accurate and up to date.

2.1 Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the selected billing interval (e.g., monthly or annually).

Billing occurs on the date the subscription is initiated and will automatically renew on the same day of each subsequent billing cycle, unless canceled prior to renewal.

2.2 Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the User prior to the renewal date.

By subscribing to the Platform, Users authorize Willo to charge the applicable subscription fees on a recurring basis using the provided payment method.

3. Free Trials and Promotional Credits

Willo may offer free trials, promotional credits, or other limited access to the Platform from time to time.

If such access is provided:

  • the scope, availability, and limits of such access (including any applicable usage or credit limitations) may be determined, modified, or communicated by Willo at any time during use of the Platform
  • access may be limited by time, usage, or available credits, as determined by Willo
  • once the applicable trial period expires or credits are used, continued access to the Platform may require a paid subscription

Promotional credits:

  • have no monetary value
  • are non-transferable and non-refundable
  • may expire or be revoked at any time

Users are responsible for monitoring their usage and understanding when free access or credits have been exhausted.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

By providing a payment method, Users authorize Willo to charge all applicable fees associated with their subscription.

Users agree to:

  • provide accurate and complete billing information
  • keep payment information current and valid
  • promptly update any changes to their payment method

Users are solely responsible for all billing, payments, refunds, and disputes related to transactions conducted with their own customers.

4.1 Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed:

  • Willo may retry the charge using the provided payment method
  • access to the Platform may be limited, suspended, or restricted until payment is successfully completed
  • Willo reserves the right to terminate access for continued payment failure

5. No Refund Policy

5.1 General Policy

All payments made to Willo are final and non-refundable.

Willo does not provide refunds for:

  • unused subscription time
  • partially used billing periods
  • unused or expired promotional credits
  • dissatisfaction with the Platform, features, or results

5.2 No Guarantee of Results

Users acknowledge that the Platform involves the use of automation and artificial intelligence, and that results may vary.

Willo makes no guarantees regarding performance, outcomes, or profitability, and refunds will not be provided based on lack of results or unmet expectations.

5.3 Discretionary Exceptions

Willo may, in its sole discretion, issue refunds in limited circumstances.

Any such refund:

  • is granted as a one-time exception
  • does not create an obligation for future refunds
  • does not modify or waive this Policy

6. Cancellations

6.1 How to Cancel

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Platform or by contacting support.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period
  • the subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
  • no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing period

6.3 Timing Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for canceling their subscription prior to the next billing date.

Failure to cancel before renewal will result in the next billing charge, which is non-refundable.

7. Changes to Pricing

Willo reserves the right to modify pricing, fees, or subscription plans at any time.

Willo may provide notice of material pricing changes, but is not obligated to do so.

Any changes to pricing will apply to future billing cycles. Continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

8. Suspension for Non-Payment

Willo reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform if payment is not successfully completed.

During any period of non-payment:

  • access to the Platform may be restricted or disabled
  • data, content, or Businesses may be inaccessible
  • automated systems or services may be paused or stopped

Willo is not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or functionality resulting from suspension due to non-payment.

9. Disputes & Chargebacks

9.1 Contact Requirement

Users agree to contact Willo support to resolve any billing issues before initiating a dispute, chargeback, or reversal with a payment provider.

9.2 Chargeback Consequences

If a User initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

  • Willo may immediately suspend or terminate access to the Platform
  • associated accounts, data, or Businesses may be restricted or removed
  • the User may be prohibited from future use of the Platform

9.3 Responsibility for Fees and Losses

Users are responsible for any fees, costs, or losses incurred by Willo as a result of chargebacks or payment disputes, including administrative or processing fees charged by payment providers.

10. Taxes

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental charges associated with their use of the Platform, including subscription fees.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required, Willo may collect and remit taxes in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Changes to This Policy

Willo reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time.

We may provide notice of material changes by:

  • posting an updated version on the Platform
  • updating the "Last Updated" date
  • providing notice through the Platform or via email

Continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
