Each role can do everything the role to its left can, plus the actions marked for it. A role on one business applies to that business; an organization-wide role applies to every business in the organization. When you have both, the higher one counts. See Roles for how they work.

Organization

These need the role across the whole organization. An admin of a single business can't do them for the organization's shared plan.

Notes

The owner is the person who created the organization. The role can't be given to anyone, changed or removed.
Plan features still apply. A role allows an action; the plan must include it too. For example, custom domains are on Builder and up. See What each plan includes.
Agent tokens can never do more than the person who created them can do right now. See Agent tokens.
