Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Agents only access the tools and accounts you explicitly connect. We never sell or share your business data. You can export or delete everything at any time.

Can other Willo customers see my business data?

Accepted Answer

No. Every business on Willo is completely isolated from every other at the database level. Your data is separated by a unique tenant ID, and Row-Level Security policies on the database mean queries from one business physically cannot return data belonging to another. Even when your agents are running, they only have access to your specific business context, never another customer's.

Does Anthropic train its AI models on my business data?

Under Anthropic's current API usage policy for paid customers, data sent through the API is not used to train their models by default. Willo accesses AI through the Anthropic API, so this policy applies to how your data is handled. That said, Willo has no control over Anthropic's policies and can't make permanent guarantees on their behalf. If this is critical for your business, we recommend reviewing Anthropic's Privacy Policy directly. Willo's liability for third-party provider data handling is limited in our Terms of Service and AI Use & Disclosure Policy.

Stripe is fully wired into the platform. You just need a quick ~2 minute Stripe setup to activate it. Once connected, payments from your customers go straight to your bank account. Willo takes no cut of your revenue. We charge for the platform subscription, not a percentage of what you earn.
