Everything here is on the Billing page, from your avatar. You need to be an admin or the owner of the organization.

Upgrade

Choose the bigger plan on Billing. You're charged the prorated difference now; once it's paid, you get the new plan's features and the extra credits for the rest of this billing period. If the payment fails, you stay on your current plan.

Downgrade

Choose the smaller plan. Nothing is charged today. The new plan's features apply straight away, and your credit balance stays as it is until your next billing date, when the smaller plan's monthly credits arrive.

Check what the smaller plan leaves out first, such as custom domains or the number of businesses. See What each plan includes.

Pause

If you're busy or taking a break, pause instead of cancelling:

  1. On Billing, choose Cancel plan.
  2. In Before you cancel, choose to pause for 1, 2 or 3 months.

The pause starts when your current paid period ends. While paused:

  • Your sites and domains stay live, and their backends keep running.
  • You aren't charged.
  • Chat still works, but billed AI work and the Growth Engine are off.

It resumes on its own at the end, and you're reminded a week before. To end an active pause early, choose Resume now on Billing: a new billing period starts that day and your card is charged. Before the pause starts, Don't pause calls it off. A top-up doesn't end a pause. You can pause once every six months.

Cancel

  1. On Billing, choose Cancel plan.
  2. Before you cancel offers a pause, a smaller plan, or Keep my plan. Choose Continue to cancel to go on.
  3. Confirm the cancellation on the Stripe page that opens.

Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Until then, Keep my plan on Billing undoes the cancellation.

What happens after you cancel

Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. When the paid period runs out:

  • Every business in the organization is paused. Each site's address shows a temporary holding page instead of the site, and its backend is paused.
  • Unused plan credits end. Top-up credits you bought are kept.
  • Your data stays: site, code, backend data, documents and chats.

Then:

WhenWhat happens
Day 0Businesses paused, as above.
Days 7 and 23Reminder emails.
Day 30The businesses go dormant: still paused, data still kept.
Day 90They become eligible for deletion, after a final reminder. Willo still doesn't delete them on its own.

Coming back: choose a plan on Billing at any point before a business is actually deleted, and it's restored as it was: site, backend and all. Support can keep your data longer, or delete it straight away, if you ask.

Refunds

Refunds are decided case by case. Contact support from the ? menu with the charge you're asking about.
