Read one file of the site code from GitHub at the draft branch when one is open, otherwise main.

Read a site file. Returns a window of lines (default 500) with a header naming the range and how to continue, and the file's sha — willo_write_file needs it to replace the file. Free, read-only. Files over 1 MB and binaries are refused.
Access
- Token: read or read + act.
- Approval: Never. This tool only reads.
- Metered: counts toward a per-business, per-minute limit for this kind of call. See Limits.
Parameters
