Insert rows into one table of the business's backend database.

Insert rows. ALWAYS needs a person's approval (pending_approval + link; call again after). Runs on the draft backend while the business is drafting (Publish replays it live), otherwise on the LIVE backend; the result's [Backend: …] line says which. Willo's own tables and auth tables are refused.
Access
- Token: read + act, and editor access or higher on the business.
- Approval: Always. Every call raises a card a person approves on the dashboard.
- Secret scan: refused if the new content holds a value shaped like an API key or token.
