Polsia is an AI business-operations platform that says it will run your company while you sleep. The homepage pitch is blunt: never hire again. One system plans the roadmap, ships code, runs ads, replies to customers, closes deals, and posts on social.
That is a more ambitious claim than most AI app builders make. It is also a claim you should test against the Terms of Service, the fee schedule, and what paying users actually report — not just the live ticker.

What is Polsia?

Polsia is operated by Polsia, Inc., with a listed address at 556 Sutter Street, San Francisco. Support is advertised at support@polsia.com. The about page is a founder story from Ben Cera (Victor-Benjamin), who describes building agent loops and MCPs connected to production products after years of solo building between Paris, LA, and San Francisco.
The product is an AI-powered platform for creating, planning, and operating Your Organization. Official materials describe it as:
- A solo founder’s first employee
- A standing army of agents under one name
- Increasingly autonomous (the pitch deck says 80% now, 95% soon, 100% someday)
- Not only a tool but an economy: subscribers create companies; investors may buy and sell them; Polsia takes 20% of every transaction
Polsia Live is a public feed of companies, tasks, documents, tweets, emails, and ads. It displays 20k+ active companies as of publishing and large activity counters. Terms say platform-wide dashboards show anonymized or summarized activity and that individual company dashboards are public by default.
How Polsia works
There is no public developer quickstart comparable to a typical SaaS docs hub. The working description comes from the homepage, live board, subprocessors, and terms.
1. Start a company
The site is free to start and does not require a credit card on the marketing page. You describe a business. Polsia provisions an organization. Terms say each company may get a subdomain such as yourcompany.polsia.app with a hosted landing page.
2. Agents take actions you enable
Depending on configuration, the platform formulates plans, creates content, executes tasks, and talks to third parties. When it acts under your permissions, budgets, schedules, credentials, or integrations, those are Agentic Actions. Polsia is your authorized electronic agent.
You are still responsible, in the contract, for:
- Reviewing and approving publishing of outputs
- Monitoring costs
- Configuring and limiting permissions
- Supervising what the agents do
The terms also say AI output and agentic actions may be incomplete, misleading, or wrong, and that Polsia is not a lawyer, tax advisor, or other licensed professional.
3. Connect the stack
The subprocessors list (February 25, 2026) is the best map of what the product can touch:
| Area | Vendors named |
|---|---|
| Payments | Stripe |
| Hosting / data | Render, Neon (Postgres), Redis, Cloudflare R2 |
| Models | Anthropic (primary), AWS Bedrock, OpenAI (including Sora 2), Fal.ai |
| Ads | Meta Marketing API, Meta Pixel/CAPI |
| Postmark, Hunter.io | |
| Code | GitHub |
| Social | Late.dev |
| Other | Slack, Google OAuth/Gmail, Expo, Browserbase, ScreenshotOne, Sentry |
You can connect your own GitHub, Gmail, or social accounts. The services may also operate shared third-party accounts (the terms give Meta Ads as an example).
4. Take payments and run ads (optional, and fee-bearing)
If you accept customer payments through Polsia, you are the merchant of record. Stripe processes the money. Polsia keeps a platform fee currently 20%. Funds are held 14 days. Withdrawals require Stripe Connect KYC, a $50 minimum, and a $500 per calendar month cap in the June 19, 2026 terms.
If you set an ad budget, you authorize Polsia to create campaigns and creatives. Daily budgets are described as $10 to $1,000. A 20% platform fee applies to the budget: $100/day configured → $80 to ads, $20 to Polsia. Charges run off-session via Stripe. Unspent budget is not charged if you pause; committed ad spend and the fee on delivered spend are not refundable.
5. Leave
Cancel through Manage Billing (Stripe portal). Subscriptions auto-renew. No subscription refunds except as the terms allow; you keep paid access until the period ends. On termination: ads pause, scheduled ops stop, dashboards and subdomains go away, provisioned cloud stays up to 30 days, and you may export data in that window. After 30 days, resources may be deleted. The subdomain is not guaranteed.

Key features
Autonomous multi-role operations
The distinctive feature is breadth. Most AI builders stop at a site or an app. Polsia’s homepage and deck put engineering, cold outreach, Meta ads, research, bug monitoring, support, payments, and social in one loop.
That breadth is also the risk. Each extra channel is another place an unsupervised agent can spend money or speak in your name.
Hosted company + public dashboard
You get a hosted presence and a company dashboard. Dashboards are public by default and may be indexed. You can change visibility in settings. The live site is effectively a giant demo of other orgs running.
Task-based work and extra AI usage
The product is organized around tasks agents complete (research, ads, emails, code). Terms allow purchase of extra AI usage tokens and other offerings. Official blog posts do not publish a current credit table. Third-party reviews describe credit burn on failed or duplicate tasks; treat those reports as anecdotal.
GitHub and code
GitHub is a documented integration. You own outputs as between you and Polsia. Polsia owns the platform, orchestration, templates, and branding. Generated code may include open-source components you must license correctly. After cancel, hosted infra is temporary.
Cross-company memory (company claim)
The deck says Polsia “gets smarter every run through a cross-company memory.” Combined with the terms license to use inputs to train and improve models, that is a data-sharing posture you should read before putting customer or strategy data in.
Pricing and plans
| Item | Official source | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Start | Homepage | Free, no credit card |
| Headline subscription | Polsia blog | $49 / month |
| Payment platform fee | Terms §4.C | 20% of customer payments through the services |
| Payment hold | Terms §4.C | 14 days |
| Withdrawals | Terms §4.D | Stripe Connect; $50 min; $500 / calendar month cap |
| Ad platform fee | Terms §3.F | 20% of configured ad budget |
| Ad daily budget | Terms §3.F | $10–$1,000 |
| Extra AI / cloud / ads | Terms §3.D | Priced in-product |
| Subscription refunds | Terms §3.C | None, except as expressly set forth |
| Cancel | Terms §3.B | Stripe billing portal; access through paid period |
Stripe processing fees apply in addition to Polsia’s 20%. On a chargeback, the full gross comes back out of your balance, including the platform fee already retained.
A simple cost sketch
These are arithmetic on the published rates, not a quote:
- $49 subscription + $0 revenue + $0 ads = $49 that month
- $49 + $1,000 processed revenue = $49 + $200 fee = $249, and you wait 14 days; you can withdraw at most $500 that month
- $49 + $1,000 revenue + $300 ad budget = $49 + $200 + $60 = $309, before Stripe
The $49 line is not the price of a working company. The 20% is.
Confirm the live in-app plan before you buy. Blogs can lag the product.

User feedback and reputation
Trustpilot (2.7 / 5 from 147 reviews, as of September 9, 2026)
polsia.com on Trustpilot was an unclaimed profile rated Poor. Trustpilot noted the company has not invited reviews, so the sample may not be representative.
Trustpilot’s own AI summary of recent reviews: most people were unhappy; frequent themes were a broken or crashing site, lost coding, and support that felt absent. A smaller set praised speed and a promising concept for simple projects, while warning that credits need careful management.
Themes in recent individual reviews (anecdotal; not a survey):
- Tasks marked complete that were not live (missing blog posts, broken checkout, code that later disappeared)
- Credits charged again to fix work that was already “done”
- Autonomous actions the reviewer did not want
- Support tickets with no human reply for weeks
- Non-refundable subscriptions after a lapse or a failed build
- At least one reviewer describing a 3-day lapse in payment after which the project did not come back cleanly
A minority of older or mixed reviews (visible in Trustpilot’s summary cards) said the concept helped them stand up basic infrastructure. Read recent 1-star and 2-star reviews in full before you treat the 2.7 as the whole story — and do not treat 147 reviews as the entire user base.
Pros and cons
Pros
- One product story that covers planning, code, marketing, ads, support, and payments
- Free to start
- Simple $49/month headline if you never turn on checkout or ads
- Documented integrations (Stripe, GitHub, Meta, email, social)
- Terms disclose the 20% fees, holds, and withdrawal caps instead of hiding them
- You own inputs and org-specific outputs as between you and Polsia
- 30-day post-termination window to export data and use infra
Cons
- 20% of processed revenue and 20% of ad budgets, plus Stripe
- $500/month withdrawal cap and 14-day hold in current terms
- No public pricing page for credits or plan limits
- Non-refundable subscriptions
- License to use your inputs to train and improve models
- Public dashboards on by default
- Hosted subdomain can disappear after you leave
- Marketing autonomy vs a contract that puts all review on you
- Weak Trustpilot score and recurring reliability/support complaints (small sample)
- You remain legally responsible for ads, emails, and end-user notices
Limitations and challenges
Autonomy is a marketing default, not a legal one. If you enable budgets and integrations, agents can act. The terms still say you must supervise. Users who believed “while you sleep” literally are the ones writing the harshest reviews.
Complete ≠ live. Multiple reviewers describe a verification tax: prove the task existed, deployed, sent, and still works tomorrow.
The fee works against success. The better the checkout and ads perform, the more Polsia keeps. Combined with a withdrawal cap, that is a serious constraint for anything past a hobby.
Support is not specified. There is no public SLA. Free and paid users are pointed at an email address. Several reviewers said they only reached an AI.
Portability is timed. Thirty days is not the same as “the repo is already yours.”
Training and publicity. Default-public dashboards plus a training license is a different privacy posture than many founder tools.
Who Polsia is best for
- Operators who want ads, social, and outreach in the same agent product and will watch them
- People who have modeled 20% of revenue and ad spend and still want the bundle
- Testers who will start free, keep claims modest, and verify checkout before spending
- Founders who like a public operations aesthetic and a Polsia subdomain for a prototype
Who may want an alternative
- Anyone who cannot give up 20% of checkout or wait 14 days / $500 per month to withdraw
- Founders who need the site and code on their GitHub from day one
- Users who need a human in the loop on outbound and spend
- People who need a published credit/plan matrix and refund policy
- Teams that cannot accept model training on business inputs
- Anyone whose Trustpilot research (or a short paid trial) already failed on reliability
Alternatives depend on the job. Prompt-to-app tools (Lovable, Base44) build software. Visual CMS tools (Builder.io, Webflow) edit an existing site. If you want an AI team that starts and runs a business without a revenue share, you are looking at a different contract.
Willo as an alternative
Willo is also an AI business builder. You describe an idea. Agents research the market, create a brand, deploy a website to your GitHub repo, prepare Stripe, and keep working on content and operations. A provisioned backend is included across all plans, even on Free. Moving to a paid plan adds the Autonomous Growth Engine, Stripe Connect revenue features, email and contact tools, and built-in analytics.
Willo does not currently run Meta/Google ads or execute outreach end-to-end. It does not take a platform cut of Stripe revenue. Chat is free; credits pay for work that ships. Plans start at $0 (40 one-time credits) and $25/month for Starter.
Frequently asked questions
Is Polsia legit?
It is a real Delaware-style SaaS company with a public site, legal terms dated June 2026, a subprocessors list, and a live product surface. “Legit company” is not the same as “dependable for your business.” Read the fees and recent Trustpilot reviews.
How much does Polsia cost?
Official blog posts say $49/month. Official terms add 20% on payments through the platform and 20% on ad budgets, with holds and withdrawal caps. Extra AI tokens are sold in-product. There is no public full price card.
Does Polsia take 20% of revenue?
On customer payments received through the Services, yes — “currently 20%” in the June 19, 2026 terms. The deck generalizes this to “20% of every transaction.” Confirm whether connecting your own Stripe (if offered in-app) changes that; it is not spelled out as a bypass on the public terms page.
Can I keep my code if I cancel?
You own outputs as between you and Polsia. Hosted infrastructure and subdomains are not permanent. You have 30 days to export. Connecting GitHub, if you do it early, is the practical way to keep source.
Does Polsia train on my data?
The terms grant a license to use your inputs to operate and improve the services, including to train and improve the AI models. Read Section 5 before you paste customer lists or unreleased strategy.
Is there a free plan?
The homepage says free to start, no credit card. Limits for the free tier are not published on a pricing page.
Conclusion
Polsia is one of the few products that tries to be an entire company operating system: site, code, ads, email, social, and checkout. The ambition is real. So are the 20% fees, the withdrawal cap, the duty to supervise agents, and a Trustpilot record that, as of publishing, is labeled as “poor.”
Use it, if you use it, as a supervised accelerator. Verify what “complete” means. Do not confuse a live landing page with a business.
If you want agents that start a company and leave you the repo, the revenue, and a weekly approval loop, start free on Willo. If you specifically want Polsia’s ads-and-autonomy bundle, start on Polsia and read the terms before you turn on checkout or a daily budget.
