**Publish the draft.** ALWAYS needs a person's approval: returns `pending_approval` with a dashboard link; the card lists any approved SQL that replays on live with its findings. Call again after they approve; if that call returns status `running`, poll willo_get_approval for the result instead of calling again. Takes minutes; the result says it STARTED (willo_status shows when it is live). No one-click undo.

- **Token**: read + act, and editor access or higher on the business.
- **Approval**: Always. Every call raises a card a person approves on the dashboard.
