**Delete member accounts.** Permanently delete sign-in accounts on the business's own LIVE backend, by email (the people who log in to its app or member area, not Willo users) — e.g. to purge spam sign-ups. Each account's profile row goes with it. ALWAYS needs a person's approval (`pending_approval` + link; call again with the same `emails` after). An account that still owns rows in a table that refuses to lose them is skipped and the table named; addresses with no account are reported, not counted. Tables that only store the email are untouched — use willo_db_delete for those. No undo.

## Access

- **Token**: read + act, and editor access or higher on the business.
- **Approval**: Always. Every call raises a card a person approves on the dashboard.
