**Alter a table.** Additive changes (add a column, an index, a policy) run without a card; dropping or retyping a column, a policy that lets visitors or members change every row, any DROP or ALTER POLICY and any trigger need a person's approval (`pending_approval` + link), exactly as in Willo's chat. Runs on the draft backend while the business is drafting (Publish replays it live), otherwise on the LIVE backend; the result's `[Backend: …]` line says which.

## Access

- **Token**: read + act, and editor access or higher on the business.
- **Approval**: Only when Willo's chat would stop for the same action. The description says when; otherwise the call runs at once.
- **Secret scan**: refused if the new content holds a value shaped like an API key or token.
