# Choose a plan

> How Willo's plans work, one plan for your whole organization with shared credits, and which plan fits what you're building.

Everyone starts on Free, with a one-time grant of credits and no card. When you're ready for more, you choose a plan for your **organization**: one subscription that covers every business in it. All of them share the plan's credits and its features.

## What changes between plans

- **Credits each month**, shared by all your businesses. Higher plans include more credits each month.
- **How many businesses** the organization can run.
- **Features**, listed on each plan from where it starts. For example:
  - Custom domains: Builder and up.
  - Agent Programs, your own scheduled and triggered agents: Builder and up.
  - Connecting your own AI agent over MCP: Builder and up.
  - The Growth Engine: Starter and up.
  - Taking payments with Stripe: Starter and up.
- **Whether unused credits roll over** to the next month. Not every paid plan does; see the **Credit rollover** row.
- **Backend usage** included each month. See [Backend usage](https://www.willo.ai/docs/plans/backend-usage).

## Picking one

Start from what you need, not the lowest price:

- **Your own domain** needs a plan with custom domains: Builder and up. Check this first: a plan without custom domains can't connect one, whatever you've bought elsewhere.
- **Agents that run on their own**, on a schedule, an email or a webhook, need Builder and up.
- **Several businesses**: check the businesses row.
- **Heavy use**: if you regularly buy top-ups, a bigger plan is usually cheaper per credit than top-ups.

## Subscribing

1. Open your avatar and choose **Billing**. You need to be an admin or the owner of the organization.
2. Choose a plan. Payment is handled by Stripe.
3. A discount or promotion code goes in the code field on the Stripe checkout page.

Your new credits and features apply at once.

## Where to see your plan

- **Billing**, from your avatar: your plan, credits, businesses used, invoices and payment method.
- The **credits** chip at the bottom of the left rail: your balance, and what this business spent recently.
- Ask Willo: "what plan am I on, and how many credits are left?"
