Willo does a lot without you, but some things stop until you act: decisions it needs your approval for, and roadmap tasks only a person can do. Ten minutes a week on this keeps everything else moving.

## 1. Answer pending decisions

Open **Business → Overview**. If anything is waiting, a **Needs approval** card says so. Click **Review** to see the decisions on the Activity tab, each with Willo's recommendation and its confidence. Ask Willo in chat for the reasoning behind any of them.

Answer each one in chat. Name the decision and give your call:

- "Approve the pricing recommendation: £12 a month."
- "On the trial question: no trial, but offer a money-back guarantee."
- "Not yet. Ask me again after the launch."

Willo records your answer in the decision register and acts on it. You can also start from chat: "what decisions are waiting on me?"

## 2. Do the tasks only you can do

Open **Business → Roadmap** and look for tasks flagged as needing you. They're usually things like:

- creating an account somewhere (a payment provider, a marketplace),
- connecting your domain,
- adding a real customer review, a real photo or a real number to the site,
- confirming a policy, such as returns or cancellations.

Willo deliberately doesn't invent reviews, figures or policies for your site, so these tasks are how the real ones get there. Do the task, then mark it complete on the Roadmap page. If you need Willo's help partway ("I've got three reviews, add them to the home page"), ask in chat.

If a task no longer makes sense, skip it.

## 3. Glance at what Willo did

On **Business → Activity**, skim what Willo worked on since you last looked. If the Growth Engine is on, each task it finished is there with a short outcome. Anything that looks off, raise in chat: "the competitor report missed Groomly, redo that section".

## 4. Check the goals still fit

Look at the Active Goals on the Overview. If one has stopped mattering, ask Willo to pause or cancel it, so it stops shaping the plan. If something new matters more, see [Set a goal and let Willo plan against it](https://www.willo.ai/docs/business-records/set-a-goal-and-let-willo-plan-against-it).

> **Tip: Make it a habit.**
>
> Pick a regular slot, such as Monday morning. Or ask Willo at the start of a session: "what's waiting on me?" It checks decisions and roadmap tasks together and lists them.
